Parking Rate Increase
The Georgia Building Authority Parking Office implemented an increase in parking rates effective September 1, 2009. It's the first parking rate increase in over 30 years and will help ensure our facilities are properly maintained and secured.
-
The new monthly rates for state employees are $20 for non-reserved and $30 for reserved spaces.
-
The monthly rates for agency spaces, which are managed and assigned by agencies, are $30 for non-reserved and $40 for reserved.
-
Contractors working on Capitol Hill are eligible to park in select non-reserved facilities at the rate of $40 per month.
-
The daily parking rate remains $5 per day.
-
Employees with payroll deduction will see the increase in September.
In coordination with the new rates, GBA has launched an online parking management system that provides faster, friendlier and easier service to customers. Existing parking customers can now manage their accounts online.
