"Early Bird" Winner Selected
Georgia Building Authority Deputy Director Steve Fanczi presents $25 to Sandra Smith, center, as Parking Manager Diane Hale offers congratulations. Ms. Smith’s name was selected in a random drawing of state employees who registered parking and vehicle information online with the Georgia Building Authority before the Sept. 15 early bird deadline. More than 2000 parking customers registered early. The final deadline is Sept. 30. All individuals who have monthly parking at a GBA parking facility must register in order to maintain their parking privileges.
