GBA provides after hours access at Twin Towers

The Georgia Building Authority is pleased to announce that tenants in the Twin Towers will now be able to access the front entrance of the building after normal business hours. The new measure is an effort to promote not only good customer service, but to create a safer option for staff working after business hours to enter nearby parking decks.

The new access is a result of receiving feedback from customers to GBA staff. GBA received several comments from tenants suggesting that providing after hours access with their access card to the Twin Towers could enhance safety to card users needing to enter the Butler Parking Deck and Pete Hackney Parking Deck through the Twin Towers Bridge. GBA considered the suggestion and found that this would definitely be a worthwhile effort to facilitate.

Parking and Access Services has completed the installation of a new card reader at the front entrance of the Twin Towers. Tenants’ card access badges will be activated for after hours use Monday-Friday, 6:00 pm-6:00 am and on weekends. Normal operating hours for entering and exiting the front door is Monday-Friday 6:00 am-6:00 pm.
