Organization
The Georgia Building Authority (GBA) provides maintenance and building management services for state facilities on Capitol Hill.
- The Facilities Management Division is responsible for general maintenance, housekeeping services, landscaping, renovations, and the Work Control Center.
- Parking & Access Control Services coordinates the availability and safe use of parking facilities and access to state buildings for state employees and visitors.
- The Food Services Division operates three cafeterias and six banquet/meeting facilities on Georgia's Capitol Hill Complex.
- The Special Events Section coordinates the temporary use of public space in the Georgia State Capitol and room scheduling at the Capitol Education Center.
