GBA Building Access Services office is responsible for managing the issuance of Capitol Hill access cards and keys to GBA facilities.
Agency Access Coordinators maintain accurate employee access information for their facilities and collaborate with the Building Access Office.
Building Access Request System
Online access form used by coordinators to review the status of requests, order new or replacement access cards, and update/deactivate/reactivate existing access cards.
Access Card Authorization Form
Use this form to request access to facilities or changes to employees’ status. This form will be accepted through November 30, 2009. Beginning December 1, please use the online form available from the Building Access Request System (above). (MSWord/2pgs/116K)
