Reservations
Parties interested in reserving space in the Capitol Education Center should call (404) 463-7720 to check availability and complete the Client Request Form (CRF) available below. Fax completed Client Request Forms to (404) 463-7716. Once our staff has received a completed request form, follow-up call will be made to confirm the reservation and discuss event needs. An invoice will be sent to the organization’s contact person unless otherwise noted on the CRF.
The invoice serves as the official confirmation that space has been reserved. Reservations can only be confirmed upon submission of a completed CRF.
State agency checks, cashier checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment and must be received 5 business days before the event. The CEC serves as a resource location for the GEMA in times of State or National emergencies or disasters. This is to notify you that if GEMA requests the need for the CEC, scheduled events will be canceled and a refund will be given.
Cancellations
An event is confirmed once a Client Request Form has been received and an invoice has been issued. Client cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a cancellation fee. Events cancelled less than five business days prior to the event will be charged room use fees. In addition, any additional costs incurred by the CEC, such as equipment reservation or rental fees, will be the responsibility of the client.
