The Governor's Mansion
The Georgia Building Authority maintains the Governor's Mansion. Public tours are conducted throughout the year on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Reservations are needed for groups of 10 or more and can be made by calling 404-261-1776. The State Capitol
Guided tours are available Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. The tour consists of a brief overview of Capitol history and the lawmaking process; a visit to the public galleries of the House of Representatives or Senate; and conclude with a visit to the Georgia Capitol Museum. Visit the Secretary of State's Web site for additional information.
