State Contractors
GBA provides parking for state contractors working in the Capitol Hill Complex at the Pete Hackney Parking Deck, based on availability. This facility is located at the corner of Jesse Hill Jr, Drive and Decatur Street, just blocks from the Capitol building.
Hours of Operation
The Pete Hackney parking deck is open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-9:30 PM. Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 by using their ID/parking badge. Roll down doors are connected to the card reader system. Visitors must exit by 9:30 PM. Parking facilities are closed on State Holidays. Events scheduled through the Georgia Building Authority may affect hours of operation.
Payment
Parking for contractors is $40 per month per parking space, and an additional $20 deposit for the parking card that allows entrance into the Pete Hackney lot. To reserve a parking space, contractors must come to the GBA Parking Office and show a state contractor I.D. and make payment before parking will be secured.
