Parking for lobbyists working in the Capitol Hill Complex during the legislative session may be provided depending on the availability of space. Lobbyist may request up to three spaces per company. The parking fee for lobbyists is $85-$125 per month per parking space (depending on location) plus a $25 non-refundable processing fee per space. Parking facilities are closed on State Holidays. Events scheduled through the Georgia Building Authority may affect hours of operation.
To reserve a parking space, send a letter on your company letterhead requesting the number of parking spaces needed. Please include your name, address, and phone number. Once the letter is received, you will be mailed a confirmation letter along with an invoice for payment. Lobbyist must submit a check or money order with the invoice no later than the first day of January to receive their parking access. Request letter and payment should be sent to the Georgia Building Authority at the address below.
