State Employees

GBA operates 14 parking lots available to state employees for monthly parking. Monthly parking rates are $20 for non-reserved (numbered) spaces and $30 per month for reserved (numbered) spaces. Parking facilities are closed on State Holidays. Events scheduled through the Georgia Building Authority may affect hours of operation.

Current parking customers can manage their accounts online. New customers must visit the Parking Office to set up an account which can then be managed online.

The following lots are available to state employees for monthly parking:

• #1 Lot
  Open Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-5:00 PM on level A for visitors for a daily rate of $5.00. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 on levels A & B. Levels C & D are open to permit holders from 6:00 AM-9:00 PM only.
• 90 Central
  Open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-9:30 PM. Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 by using their ID/parking badge. Roll down door is connected to the card reader system for exiting after hours. Lot is open on Saturdays for visitors and events from 6:00 AM-9:00 PM for a daily fee of $5.00.
• Agriculture Building
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may exit 24/7 with ID/parking badge which opens the roll up doors.
• Archives
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM. Visitors may enter from 6:00 AM-1:00 PM for a daily rate of $5.00 and must exit by 5:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park with card access 24/7. 
• Butler Parking Deck on Jesse Hill Drive
  Open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-9:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with ID/card read access entering and exiting. After hours and on weekends the card reader and green exit button opens the roll down doors.
• Coverdell Legislative Office Building Courtyard
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM to monthly permit holders. Weekend access available through Capitol Police.
• Health Building
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may exit 24/7 with ID/parking badge which opens the roll up doors.
• Judicial Courtyard
  Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 by using their ID/parking badge.
• Judicial
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may exit 24/7 with ID/parking badge which opens the roll up doors.
• Lower Wall Street
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Pete Hackney
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-9:30 PM. Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 by using their ID/parking badge. Roll down doors are connected to the card reader system. Visitors must exit by 9:30 PM.
• Plaza Park Lot
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-9:30 PM. Open Sunday from 6:00 AM-3:00 PM unless an event is scheduled after hours. Monthly permit holders may access 24/7 with ID/parking badge which opens the roll up door.
• Trinity Washington Building
  Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may exit 24/7 with ID/parking badge which opens the roll up doors.

Replacement Cards
A $20 replacement fee will be charged for lost or stolen cards.
