Service of Process Designees

SERVICES OF PROCESS DESIGNEES:

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-21-35, the Georgia Building Authority (GBA) must identify designees for service of process for civil actions. The following individuals will serve as designees effective July 1, 2023:
