Legislator Parking

Parking for members of Georgia General Assembly is provided in the South Deck, located at the corner of Capitol Avenue and Memorial Drive. Reserved Parking spaces are issued by the Speaker of the House and the Senate. The parking office will issue a permit/hangtag to be displayed on the vehicle behind the rearview mirror. Hours of operation are 6:00 AM-7:00 PM, but permit holders may park 24/7. Maximum height: 7' 0".

Payment
The parking fee during the legislative session is $10 and unreserved in the green zone for $30. Legislators must submit a check or money order (payable to Georgia Building Authority) with the invoice no later than the first day of the session to receive their parking access. Access cannot be provided until payment is received.

Replacement Hangtags & Transponders
A $30 replacement fee will be charged for lost, stolen or damaged Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) Hangtags.
