GBA operates several parking lots available to state employees for monthly parking. Monthly parking rates are $20 for non-reserved (numbered) spaces and $30 per month for reserved (numbered) spaces. Parking facilities are closed on State Holidays. Events scheduled through the Georgia Building Authority may affect hours of operation.

Current parking customers can manage their accounts online. New customers must visit the Parking Office to set up an account which can then be managed online.

Replacement Hangtags & Transponders
A $20 replacement fee will be charged for lost, stolen or damaged Hangtags.
A $30 replacement fee will be charged for lost, stolen or damaged Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) Transponders.

Parking & Payroll Deduction Cancellation
Return your parking hangtag and/or transponder to the parking office to cancel your parking assignment and stop payroll deduction. You will then receive a Payroll Cancellation Form signed by GBA that you should turn into your agency billing/payroll coordinator.

The following lots are available to state employees for monthly parking:

  • 90 Central
    Open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-7:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 with parking hangtag. Roll down door is connected to the card reader system for exiting after hours. Maximum height: 6' 3".
  • Agriculture Building
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may enter 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up doors. Maximum height: 6' 4".
  • Butler Parking Deck on Jesse Hill Drive
    Open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-7:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with parking hangtag entering and exiting. After hours and on weekends the card reader and green exit button opens the roll down doors. Maximum height: 7' 10".
  • Coverdell Legislative Office Building Courtyard
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM to monthly permit holders. Weekend access available through Capitol Police. Maximum height: 20'.
  • Health Building
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up doors. Maximum height: 6' 0".
  • Judicial Courtyard
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM to monthly permit holders. Weekend access available through Capitol Police.
  • Judicial
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up doors.
  • Pete Hackney
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-7:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may access the location 24/7 with parking hangtag. Roll down doors are connected to the card reader system. Visitors must exit by 9:00 PM. Maximum height: 8' 2".
  • Plaza Park Lot
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-7:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may access 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up door. Maximum height: 6' 0".
  • South Deck
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up doors. Maximum height: 7' 0".
  • Trinity Washington Building
    Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Monthly permit holders may park 24/7 with parking hangtag which opens the roll up doors. Maximum height: 6' 0".
