Erica Seamon currently serves as the Facilities Operations Director for the Georgia Building Authority. Erica began her career in the United States Air Force as an Information Manager. She then transitioned into the commercial real estate and the property management field before starting her career in State government. She worked at the Department of Juvenile Justice for 16 years in various roles; she began as a part-time Legal Assistant and eventually became the Director of Operations. In this position, she held responsibilities for facility management operations, budget management, fleet management, records retention and special projects. In her various leadership roles, Erica has experience in government finance, property management and facility operations. Erica has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a Paralegal Certification from Georgia State University, Perimeter College.
