Jeff McDowell serves as the Co-Director of Maintenance and Construction for the Georgia Building Authority. He began his career with GBA in 2000 as a Maintenance Technician II. He was named Assistant Chief Engineer in 2021 before being promoted to Co-Director of Maintenance and Construction in 2022.

Jeff, an avid outdoorsman, enjoys spending time with his kids and wife of 15 years.
