Director of Parking & Access Services

Kevin Emert serves as the Director of Parking and Access Services for the Georgia Building Authority. Kevin began his state and parking career in 2001 as the Parking Personnel Supervisor at Valdosta State University. While at Valdosta State University, Kevin received a Bachelor’s Degree in 2008 and Master’s Degree in Workforce Education and Development in 2010. He continued working in parking at Valdosta State University until he joined GBA in 2015.  Kevin received his CAPP (Certified Administrator of Public Parking) Certification in 2017. He remains an active member with the IPMI (International Parking & Mobility Institute) and the Georgia PTAG (Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia) organizations.
