Organization

The Georgia Building Authority (GBA) provides maintenance and building management services for state facilities on Capitol Hill. 

• The Facilities Management Division is responsible for general maintenance, housekeeping services, landscaping, renovations, and tenant services.
• Parking & Access Control Services coordinates the availability and safe use of parking facilities and access to state buildings for state employees and visitors.
• The Special Events Unit coordinates the temporary use of public space in the Georgia State Capitol.
• The Food Services Unit operates two cafeterias and six banquet/meeting facilities on Georgia's Capitol Hill Complex.
